Gift Voucher

All our guests are awarded gift vouchers valued at:

• - 50 € (requires actualizing a reservation worth a minimum of 300 €)
• - 100 € (requires actualizing a reservation worth a minimum of 600 €)
• - 150 € (requires actualizing a reservation worth a minimum of 1000 €) under the terms of the gift voucher use

Terms of the gift voucher activation:

• - when activated by 31.12. of the same year, the gift voucher retains 100% of its total value, which can be used for making the next reservation;
• - when activated by 31.03. of the next year, the gift voucher 50% of its total value, which can be used for making the next reservation;
• - when activated after 31.03. of the next year, the gift voucher retains 30% of its total value, which can be used for making the next reservation which is also the final value which you can use for all the following years.

Terms of the gift voucher use:

• - Our loyalty program was adopted on April 1st 2011 and is valid for all reservations made through our website on or after the above mentioned date. The gift voucher can be used towards one of your future reservations made through Adriagate.com for a private accommodation or villa.
• - This program is free for all Adriagate.com clients. The free membership is activated upon actualizing a reservation that is equal or higher than 300 €.
• - The gift voucher can be used towards one of your future reservations through Adriagate.com and under the rules and regulations of the gift -voucher use.
• - The gift voucher has a unique value and cannot be combined with other discounts (Last minute and First minute discount offer).
• - In order to use your gift voucher please inform us in advance that you would like to do so, either by phone or by email entering your gift voucher code in the comments during your online reservation.
• - When making a reservation of lesser value than required by the terms of the gift voucher activation, the value will be proportionally decreased.

* Example: With an actualized reservation valued at 1000 € you obtained a gift voucher in the amount of 150 € which you would like to use for your next reservation valued at 725 €. The value of the 725 € reservation is not proportionate to the requirements for using a gift voucher valued at 150 €, however it is proportionate to the requirements of using the gift voucher in the amount of 100 € under the rules of the gift voucher activation.

• - In case of reservation cancelation the gift voucher becomes invalid.
• - The gift voucher is valid for only one reservation, regardless of the number of persons included.
• - Any forwarding or multiplication of the gift voucher is strictly forbidden.
