Gift voucher rules of use:

• - 50 € (requires making a reservation with a minimum value of 300 €)
• - 100 € (requires making a reservation with a minimum value of 600 €)
• - 150 € (requires making a reservation with a minimum value of 1000 €) under the terms of the gift voucher use

• 

  Terms of the gift voucher activation:

  • - when activated by 31.12. of the same year, the gift voucher retains 100% of its total value, which can be used for making your next reservation;
  • - when activated by 31.03. of next year, the gift voucher retains 50% of its total value, which can be used for making your next reservation;
  • - when activated after 31.03. of next year, the gift voucher retains 30% of its total value, which can be used for making your next reservation which is also the final value which you can use for all the following years.

  Terms of the gift voucher use:

  • - Our loyalty program was adopted on April 1st of 2011 and is valid for all reservations made through our website on or after the above mentioned date. The gift voucher can be used for one of your future reservations made through Adriagate for a private accommodation or villa (excluding lighthouses, mobile homes, cruises, car rentals and bookings on the website www.adriagate-villas.com).
  • - This program is free for all Adriagate clients. The free membership is activated upon confirmation of a reservation with a minimum value of 300 €.
  • - The gift voucher can be used for one of your future reservations made through Adriagate and under the rules and regulations of the gift -voucher use.
  • - The gift voucher has a unique value and can be combined with the referral promoter discount.
  • - First and last minute discounts can be combined with the loyalty gift voucher for clients with the Silver or Gold membership ranks.
  • - The gift voucher is sent to you automatically by email a month after your booking has passed so you can use the voucher for your next booking as a member of the Adriagate Loyalty program.
  • - You will find a gift voucher in a loyalty email sent to you, you need to insert the discount code in the appropriate area in the course of the booking in order to make use of your gift voucher and obtain the discount.
  • - If you experience any difficulties in activating the discount code then we kindly ask you to either send us an email or contact us immediately by phone and we will insert the discount in the booking from our end.
  • - When making a reservation of lesser value than required by the terms of the gift voucher activation, the value will be proportionally decreased.

  * Example: Having made a reservation with a value equal or higher then 600 € you obtained a gift voucher in the amount of 100 € which you would like to use for your next reservation valued at 500 €. The value of your new reservation is not proportionate to the requirements needed to make use of a gift voucher valued at 100 €, however it is proportionate to the requirements needed to use the gift voucher in the amount of 50 € under the rules of the gift voucher activation.

  • - In case the reservation is cancelled the gift voucher becomes invalid.
  • - The gift voucher is valid for a single reservation only, regardless of the number of persons included. If you have more than one loyalty voucher you can use only one voucher per single unit booked.
  • - in case more accommodation units are booked through a single email address then the voucher is applied to one of the units booked in its entire value at the time of the voucher activation in accordance with the gift voucher activation rules. 
  • - Any forwarding or multiplication of the gift voucher is strictly forbidden.
  • - Adriagate reserves the right not to accept gift vouchers in exceptional situations.
