Hvar is an ancient city with a rich history. The city faces the sunny South side of the world and has the sunniest days during the year. Its name comes from the island’s Greek name Pharos. Of the city’s historical monuments you can visit the fortress Fortica, the Hvar cathedral, theatre and Franciscan monastery. Hvar is the heart of Croatian island tourism and is one of the most visited destinations in the entire Adriatic. The main attractions of the city are: its warm, sunny climate, its various accommodation opportunities, sport and recreation, its natural beauty, a good gastronomic offer and the city’s active night life.

A beautiful but inaccessible village with almost no maintenance, perfect for peace and quiet
The beaches - you could find your own spot (alone on the beach). The water: clear and perfect for snorkeling. The view - The village is situated facing south on a hillside and all the houses have spectacular views.
The distance- both to the village of Jelsa and from house to the beach, to the restaurant and to the bakery. Car indispensable Only one restaurant in the village - a pizzeria. To bars at the beach - only drinks, no food. Only one small market with limited range. Road to Zavala wound up the mountain and then through a narrow 1.5 km long tunnel - no light, almost like a mine-and after the tunnel a winding road down.
