Nin is a small town in Zadar County with only 1500 inhabitants. The center of this ancient town is a small island (diameter of 500km) which is connected to the mainland with two bridges. It is famous for its turbulent history which is evident from its historical landmarks: St. Križ church (“smallest cathedral in the world”), St. Jacob’s church, St. Anselmo Cathedral, remains of the largest Roman temple on the Eastern coast of the Adriatic, Duke Branimir’s statue, Lower town gates and access bridge, royal square with well, statue of bishop Gregory of Nin and the coronation church of St. Nicholas. Nin is also well known for its natural beauty: the Nin lagoon, mouth of the river Ričina, Nin port and the coastal promenade and the nature park “Solana Nin.”

Novalja is the most important tourist center of the island of Pag which has a rich cultural and historical heritage. It is located north-west of the island of Pag. This town has a long and turbulent past, proved by numerous archeological findings. It has a rich tourist offer which can satisfy people of all ages. Everyone can find something to their liking. During summer, the Novalja cultural summer is organized - it offers numerous interesting manifestations such as art exhibitions, classical music concerts, Dalmatian folk music performances, book expositions, theater plays, open air cinema, entertainment music concerts and similar. Novalja is an ideal place for the younger population because it offers the best nightlife in Croatia; day parties on the beach and all other activities as only an introduction to the fun that starts at night and often continues the next day.
